Home Cooking --> Thai Dinner

I was lucky enough to work the late shift and sit in on one of Laurie Orman's Trip Around the World - Ethnic Food Classes.  My stomach grumbled and mouth watered as I watched her class create a four course Thai meal.

 They started the dinner with a unique spin on the chicken kabob; the Thai chicken sate covered in peanut sauce.  Next was my personal favorite of the night, thai green curry chicken over perfectly made sticky rice.  The students also created a very unusual cucumber salad that would be great for a potluck.

Just when I thought my stomach was too full for anything else, dessert was served. Mango with a sweet sticky rice.  A light dessert that teased my sweet tooth; so I of course indulged!  Check out other classes taught by our magnificent instructor Laurie Orman.
